1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the website at saqradvisors.com (the "site"), operated by SAQR Advisors FZC, a company registered in the Sharjah Airport International Free Zone (SAIF Zone), United Arab Emirates, under licence numbers 19266 and 19267, with its registered office at SAIF Desk R3-23/C, SAIF Zone Offices, P.O. Box 513604, Sharjah, UAE ("SAQR", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What the site is for
The site gives general information about SAQR and how we work, and lets investors and founders contact us. It is not a platform for making or managing investments.
3. No offer and no advice
Nothing on the site is, or should be read as:
- an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, fund interest or other investment;
- an invitation or inducement to engage in investment activity;
- investment, financial, legal, tax or other professional advice, or a recommendation of any investment.
Any investment opportunity is made available only privately, to persons to whom it may lawfully be offered under the laws that apply to them, and on the basis of separate documentation. You should take your own independent professional advice before making any investment decision. Investments in early-stage and growth companies carry a high degree of risk, including the risk of losing all of the capital invested, and are typically illiquid.

Sending an enquiry, a pitch deck or other material does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary or investment relationship, and does not oblige us to respond, review, invest or make an introduction. Please do not send confidential information in a first enquiry. We do not owe a duty of confidentiality over unsolicited material unless we have agreed one with you in writing. 7. Intellectual property
The site, its content and the SAQR name and logo belong to SAQR or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, modify or distribute any part of the site without our written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site. This includes attempting to gain unauthorised access to it or to the systems that run it, introducing malicious code, submitting false or misleading information, sending unsolicited marketing through the enquiry form, or using automated means to extract content or submit forms.
9. Links to other sites
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAQR is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content, including any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, opportunity or data. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

We may change these terms or the site at any time. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied there. The courts of Sharjah have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. [Counsel to confirm.]
